Shipping Policy

Custom Products:  All custom products are made to order, our processing time is 3-5 Weeks.

Shipping: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. After orders being shipped USPS delivery can take up to 1-5 days depending on your state. Tracking information is sent via email or phone number that was provided at checkout

Shipping Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Shipping Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped exactly as provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will not be refunded. The customer must pay a reshipping fee to have the order sent again.

Chargebacks filed while an order is in production will be contested with evidence
